New Orleans is famous for Mardi Gras, and rightly so. But there's at least one parade in Louisiana's capital city of Baton Rouge that can rival anything New Orleans has to offer. It's the Spanish Town Mardi Gras parade, and despite a heavy downpour, it went on today as planned.
